In a moment of significance in our corporate milestone, a MOU between Pharmadule Morimatsu AB, PQE Group and P3 Project Pte Ltd was materialized on 25 April 2025 virtually.

The MOU is on a mutually agreeable basis to further forward our competencies into the global Pharmaceutical market collectively. The collaboration goes beyond a tag-along recommendation to jointly service a project as it involves a deep exchange of knowledge and practical experience into each entities’ specialised domain. This enhances each party’s core competencies with relevant and practical inputs derived from the exchange, value-adding to our clients for the work we implement and execute globally.

The signatories to the MOU are internationally reputable and experienced entities fulfilling the upstream in the Pharmaceutical supply chain from design and fabrication of turnkey production facilities to GMP/CQV certification and validation, and to the process engineering works required within the facility. Pharmadule Morimatsu AB is recognized for their integrated modular solutions particularly in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical sectors. They specialize in designing, fabricating, and delivering complete, turnkey production facilities. PQE Group has a long-established global reputation for Pharmaceutical CQV and validation.

It has been a privilege for P3 Project to have taken the leading role to actively bridge and facilitate this strategic relationship. This is testament to the recognition and trust P3 Project has earned from the parties involved, having collaborated on projects prior to the formulation of this MOU. Apart from being involved as a process engineering arm of this MOU, P3 Project shall continue to play the role of facilitator in all collective endeavours hereafter.

This MOU is inked digitally over a virtual session between the 3 parties as proposed by P3 Project Pte Ltd, showcasing the company’s commitment to sustainable business practices which is integrated into all business processes, from administration to operations. Likewise for the foreseeable cooperations between the parties of this MOU, P3 Project shall take the lead in integrating sustainability measurements to ensure joint-operations are streamlined to meet sustainability standards of accountability.
